Cancellations

48 hours notice must be given for cancellations to not be considered a Last Minute Cancel and not get charged the service price. Time is reserved especially for you. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice that’s considered a Last Minute Cancel and you will be responsible for the whole service price of the time you booked.  Text reminders and email reminders are provided   . Multiple last minute cancellations may result in you being asked to repay

No Shows

We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings and children’s illnesses, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. However, we ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be asked to pay the full amount of the service 

Running Late

 All sessions have a specific time schedule therefore late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when the schedule will allow it, Lisa may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at her discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.
