An End-of-Life Doula is a person who is there to comfort, guide and support you and your family during the last months of your life while you are transitioning to the next part of your journey.

Breathwork (Pranayama): Doing breathwork brings enormous reward - the ability to be non-reactive in stressful situations, increased oxygen flow to the lungs, better sleep, increased immune function, more peace, calm and balance.
Meditation: Practicing meditation creates a feeling of deep calm in your mind and body. This means you can stay in a place of focus when things around you are chaotic. You will think clearer, make better decisions, lower high blood pressure, and be calm and peaceful.
You can get any of these or all of these at any session. I also read Tarot/Oracle cards and work with crystals.

This is a collaboration between you and I wherein we reveal what you really desire to have happen to, and around, you in the last few months of your life. We will delve into the emotional, mental, physical, spiritual and practical aspects of what that looks like. This will take part in a series of seven sessions - an initial consultation to get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit, five sessions devoted to each domain, and a final visit to set action steps and goals into motion.
